CANCELLATION POLICIES. I understand the HSA policies for cancellation. There is a $35 administration fee for late/last minute cancellation if I no longer want this service for my children minus the daily charge for classes used. I also understand that during Covid there are lockdowns and that if there is a lockdown and the classes have not yet ended, I will receive a credit for classes owed to a future HSA class. *
